an "I" Report/mark

If you receive an "I" on part or a whole of an assignment, it means that you are not yet meeting the expectations for that assignment or component of the assignment. This is a great opportunity! In most cases, Mr. Hamilton will show in a rubric or commentary how you can achieve competency. After a discussion with him where you agree upon a new completion date, you will be allowed to revise the assignment and resubmit WITH THE ORIGINAL AND RUBRIC ATTACHED. It will then be re-assessed to see if it then meets the competencies for the assignment.
